Embark on our advanced summer training program tailored for athletes with prior experience in competitive basketball. Engage in 30 minutes of dedicated speed, strength, and agility exercises followed by an intensive hour of basketball skill refinement. Participants will hone both technical and tactical proficiencies, including shooting, dribbling, finishing, defense, rebounding, spacing, screening, and more. This comprehensive program is designed to elevate players' understanding and performance across all facets of the game.
3RD - 9TH GRADE ATHLETES
