CACHE VALLEY ACADEMY
Train & Play sessions are 6 weeks of training and competition, featuring skill practice, as well as game play opportunities to implement new skills learned each day. This session will be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A variety of drill and game styles will be used to maximize touches and play. Girls & Boys have the opportunity to train and play to help prepare their next step of progression. The first week of the session, kids will be placed in groups that complement their skills, along with helping them grow in the game. (13-17 yrs)

SETTERS ACADEMY
CACHE VALLEY ACADEMY
Setter Academy is designed to advance technique specifically for the setter position. Athletes will spend 3 weeks (4.5 hours) learning how to advance their setting game including focusing on contact point, wrist work, footwork, tempo, and placement.

Hitter Academy is designed to advance technique specifically for a hitting position. Athletes will spend 3 weeks (4.5 hours) learning how to advance their hitting game including footwork, arm mechanics, placement, transition, etc.

PASSING & BALL CONTROL ACADEMY

Passing & Ball Control Academy is designed to advance technique specifically for backrow passing and overall ball control. Athletes will spend 3 weeks (4.5 hours) learning how to advance forearm passing and ball control including footwork, platform. reading, angles, etc.
